Circular on Federal Capital Territory Authority (FCTA) Retirees

In considering the time that the PFAs must stop paying the entitlement of retires of the Federal Capital Territory Authority (FCTA), the Commission, by this Circular, has directed that the ban has been waived and the FCTA has been given a period of 60days within which to regularise all outstanding issue with the Commission.
