A team of experts sat back and discussed how we could solve the regulatory compliance issues of these corporations ensuring that companies maintain zero tolerance to regulatory compliance issues.

These discussions led to our motivated team of regulatory compliance consultants/experts to painstakingly gather compliances in every regulation that has been released by regulators relating to Nigerian companies to create a regulatory compliance universe.

Abiola Fajimi

CEO/Partner

Abiola Fajimi is the CEO/Partner. Drawing from his over 11 years of business experience and management roots from the Big Four, Abiola provides overall leadership for the Company. Abiola’s goals and dreams birthed the Nigeria ComplianceHub having being a part of numerous projects realised that there is dearth of knowledge as it relates to regulatory compliance in Nigeria.

Abiola has extensive experience in audit, International Financial Reporting Standards, risk management, accounting services, financial advisory, process improvement and business development working with clients in banking, insurance, assets management, pension, private equity fund, funds, NGOs/donor agencies and regulators. A goal getter with a passion for excellence and quality.

He holds a Bachelor of Agriculture Degree from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile- Ife, Osun State.

Olushola Omotuyi

Associate Partner

Olushola is an Associate Partner and she is responsible for supporting clients in implementing the Company’s regulatory compliance services. Olushola is a trained chartered accountant and auditor with exposure in audit, accounting advisory, due diligence, regulatory compliance, and project management.

She has 8 years’ experience and has provided auditing, accounting /due diligence services to major banks, pension fund administrators and custodians, investment and capital management companies, insurance companies and trading organizations, she has implemented regulatory compliance solution for top organisations in Nigeria. Olushola holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from University of Lagos, Nigeria.
