NCC Appeals to TeleCom Operators to improve Quality of Network

The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has called on all Telecommunication Operators in the country to improve the quality of the service they offer to Nigerians. The Body also warns the Operators not to exploit Nigerians; that stiffer sanctions will be  meted against any Operator found wanting of cheating the system through poor network provision and arbitrary charges.

The NCC Director in charge of Consumer Affairs Bureau, Alhaji Abdullahi Maikano , made the statements  in Oye  Ekiti at the weekend during a Consumer Town  Hall meeting, where issues bordering on ‘Information and Education as a Catalyst for Consumer Protection’ were discussed exhaustively .
