Regulatory Content Solution

Regulatory-Content-Solution

In this dynamic regulatory environment, having a repository of compliance is very imperative with most financial institutes struggling to keep pace with regulatory changes while managing the entire repository of the regulatory content or in the creation of the regulatory content. This requires detecting, tracking, and understanding which laws/compliance they are exposed to how this impact their business as a whole. We have developed the regulatory content for the Nigerian market covering over 10 industries, 58 Acts and Laws and over 100 circulars and guidelines. Our robust regulatory content would help implementation of our solution which comes readily with this content.

The NCH content solution provides a central repository for storing and organizing all types of regulations and laws with the provision fully described and explained for ease of compliance by the compliance owner. The integration with external sources enables the solution to capture information such geographic area, issuing organization, compliance description, start date (application date), modification date, end date, title, compliance provision. This information is stored within the system to enable easy access, and prevent duplication. Users can run an advanced text search on this content, and use import functions to insert regulations/rules in the system for an article or a list of articles.
